VICTORIA LOPEZ

Victoria Lopez, brings over 20 years of experience in the Healthcare

Staffing industry.

As the previous owner of a local nursing agency, Victoria gained much knowledge on what it takes to operate a successful staffing agency. Victoria began her nursing career in Lowell, MA  as a Certified Nursing Assistant.  In 1995, she started her new career as a Staffing Coordinator for one of the largest nurse staffing agencies in Florida and Nationwide.

While there, she expanded her knowledge in Accounting and Business Development. Since then, Victoria has managed to grow the company to where it stands today.

MARIA VELOZ, RN, BSN

Chief Executive Officer | Recruiter Director

The Chief Executive Officer and Healthcare Recruiter, Maria Veloz, brings over 20 years of nursing experience to the nurse staffing and employment placement business.

Maria has earned her Bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida and has gained extensive nursing experience in Adult and Pediatric Intensive Care, Case management, Homecare and Business Administration.

Since the beginning, Maria has been the backbone of Acute Quality Staffing. She contributes industry knowledge and business savvy that only an experienced nurse can provide

EMILY LOPEZ

Executive Office Asst. | Staffing Coordinator

Emily is the Staffing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant for Acute Quality staffing. She’s been acting as a resource person for the HR Manager in managing the staffing needs of the company since 2010. She synchronizes the activities required to execute and maintain day by day staff schedule, processing, worksheets and Maintain staffing operations across the board. Emily leads the team by performing administrative and office Duties and personally  Supports the senior-level managers. She enjoys fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing our clients and health care professionals through the orientation process.

GUILLERMO PEREZ

Auditing and Compliance Manager

Guillermo Perez is the Database Manager and Credentialist  for Acute Quality Staffing, since 2008 he has lead the business with detailed compliance and database administration. This role includes  database  system monitoring and improving database performance. He  Conducts reviews of provider credentialing, to include all aspects of new applicant credentialing, re-credentialing and  ongoing maintenance of provider credentials. Guillermo provides support for Acute, through coordination, monitoring, tracking, and reporting information on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. He Performs quality checks for accuracy and seeks ways to enhance the reporting process for effectiveness, efficiency, and ease of use.
